Timeframes and Delivery

The timeframes and delivery will depend on whether I hold the item in stock in the size that you require and whether or not you are requesting a custom item.  If the item is in stock then I will compete the order within 14 days of receiving your inclusion.  I will always communicate fully and keep you aware of any changes to the normal timeframe.  It is not possible to keep all rings in every size in stock and as such some of these items may take 4 weeks to arrive, at which point my usual 14 days will start at from then.  If you need a piece by a specific date please contact me before placing the order and I can check current stock levels.

Cancellations

I do accept cancellations within 72 hours of the order being placed.

Refunds

The nature of these items means that they are not refundable, if you have any issues with your product then please contact me immediately.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct size of jewellery is ordered, once the inclusions are cast it is not possible to resize items as the heat required would damage the inclusion.  If you are in any doubt about sizing please get in touch using the button below.

Variations

Due to variations in the colour of inclusions please be aware that the item you order may look different from the website picture, white or blonde hair can turn translucent in resin and may be barely visible.  Once your inclusion has arrived with me I will always endeavour to communicate with you if I feel that your item may not look as you are expecting.  My main aim is that you are happy with the item you receive.


Aftercare

It is important that you follow the Aftercare Instructions that you receive with your item.  Failure to do so may result in your silverware or resin stone being damaged.  The customer is liable to pay for repairs in this instance.
